At a glance

We are a thriving organisation development and change consultancy with a reputation for the cutting-edge theoretical basis of our approach which is informed by seeing organisations as human processes rather than machines. We are also known for partnering well and leaving a lasting developmental legacy with the organisations and direct clients with whom we work.

We have consultants who can help organisations in change, leadership, strategy, talent management, coaching, sustainability and supporting international development.

Ashridge Consulting wins EFMD Award

A joint submission from Ashridge Consulting and the National Trust about their innovative work with key property managers has won the 2010 European Foundation of Management Development (EFMD) Best Practice Award for Organisation Development. The submission, “Developing Internal Consulting Capability within the National Trust”, identifies the key factors contributing to the success of this programme - not least the strong sense of partnership and trust built from the very start of the relationship. The award was presented at the EFMD Annual Conference in June in Wiesbaden, Germany. This award follows last year's successful submission of our work with Alfa Laval.
